The Vision Compass service has served as the foundational service for Gatling and has been a personal answer to prayer in a time of the greatest testing of my life. It has taken all of me to create as a creative director, designer, strategist, visionary, critical thinker, believer and natural-born encourager. It has shaped this practice and led me to realities I couldn’t see when my sight was leading my actions instead of my vision. It has helped me walk in my unique calling, unlocking the purpose placed within me that I was created to bring to life.
From leaving my seat at a design agency I’ve worked years to acquire, starting with little to no money just before the pandemic and transitioning from the familiar space of a design studio to a identity studio that delves into spiritual formation; it has been a journey only divine purpose could keep me on. I knew there was a meaningful “more” in the work to come that was waiting for me and I couldn’t see it until I decided to be true to all of me. And the same will be true for you.
As in the meaning of the name Gatling, this practice is fit to be the journeyman and companion needed for the invisible but beautiful road ahead in your calling. We are all made with purpose and called to create what was placed inside of us from The Creator. I’m called to serve the visionaries operating in their calling and this path of mine is far from over.
